For Schools, Colleges and Departments

Colleges and schools should align their name with the university visually. Symbols representing professional affiliation may be used, but must be shown separately from the university, school or college or department name.

These treatments may be used on promotional materials, specialty items and other related uses. Some specialty items may require alterations and special treatments in order to meet branding guidelines. Contact university relations at urelinfo@uark.edu for assistance in these situations.

PLEASE NOTE: As a general rule, the words "Department of" normally do not appear in these treatments. Please contact university relations to discuss how your unit name is required to be presented.
